Your music brought my oldest son peace, inspiration and was one of his favorites to listen to while receiving Proton Radiation while at MD Anderson last year in Houston. As well, we listened together while traveling back home nonstop as he wrapped jewelry in the car to Alabama.
The night of his 20th birthday prior to Houston he laid on the hillside at Allgood and "Spiritualize" began to play. He told me how beautiful it was while laying on the hillside, looking at the stars and enjoying every minute of your performance. He planned to attend Allgood this year too, but unfortunately his body wouldn't allow him to do so. He passed away a month later on August 22, 2013, from Ewing's Sarcoma Cancer.
Today I listen to Nomad and it always brings a smile to my face and I think of Josh, his stories and his love for your music. Does it ever occur to you all what a positive impact your music has on people?
